Your proposal comes first

The website prices are starting points for a complete website project. We discuss your pages, content, features and launch needs, then confirm the agreed work, price, schedule and payment stages in a written proposal and project contract. Sending an enquiry or requesting a call does not create an order, reserve a delivery date or require payment.

What’s included

Your proposal confirms the website platform, agreed pages or products, design, build, content responsibilities, launch and training. We include 30 days of fixes after launch for parts of the agreed work that are not working correctly. New features and ongoing updates are agreed separately.

Separate running costs

Domains, hosting, Shopify plans, payment-processing charges and paid apps or licences may have their own charges. We identify relevant services and explain those costs before you sign. Displayed prices exclude applicable taxes.

Changes and timings

We agree the schedule together. Content readiness, feedback and third-party services can affect delivery. If you request work beyond the agreed scope, we discuss the cost and schedule before proceeding.

Ownership and third-party services

You receive the agreed website deliverables once the agreed fees are paid, subject to the rights and terms attached to third-party services, fonts, images and software. Access, handover and any continuing support are confirmed in your project contract.

Project-specific terms

This page explains our approach. The signed project contract sets out the terms for your project, including payments, cancellation, responsibilities and any ongoing services. No online checkout or automatic payment takes place through this website.
